    An in office visit is the recommended appointment type especially if you anticipate needing x-rays or a procedure.

    House Call

    A house call is a great option for those with mobility or transportation difficulties. There is a convenience fee depending on distance. Some procedures may necessitate an in-office visit.

New Patient Consultation (In Office) - $120

Comprehensive exam with tailored treatment plan.

New Patient House Call Consultation - $200

Comprehensive exam with tailored treatment plan in the comfort of your home. **May have additional cost depending on distance.

In Office Follow-up - $80

Standard follow-up. **Does not include X-rays, injections, or procedures.

Shoe Insoles - $70

Though these lack the fully customized features or a custom orthotic, they provide great support for all foot types.

Hammertoe Correction (Tenotomy) - $400

When indicated, a flexible hammertoe can be corrected by a simple percutaneous procedure after numbing the toe. The procedure takes about 5 days to heal.

Permanent Toe Nail Remove (Matrixectomy) - $300, +$100 for each additional toe

A chemical matrixectomy is a procedure to permanently remove the entire or part of the toenail. This is often done for chronic ingrown nails and has the best results.

Custom Orthotics - $400

Custom orthotics are produced by taking a 3D foot scan to produce a fully customizable orthotic specifically tapered to your foot type and physical needs.

Toe Nail Removal (Nail Avulsion) - $200, +$50 for each additional toe

A partial or total nail avulsion is performed in the setting of a fungal toenail or if there is a concern for blood flow or uncontrolled diabetes.
